OUR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Andrae Bailey has been serving the community through charities and faith based ministries since the age of eighteen.

His experiences with poverty and neglect at a young age, left him with a passion for those individuals hurting and abandoned by society.

Andrae has worked and consulted for many large churches and non-profits throughout the United States, helping ministries and churches take a practical approach to developing dynamic programs to touch their communities. Andrae has been Executive Director of Destiny Foundation of Central Florida since 2006.
